a 1984 nickel; that was all it took to mark our first date one year ago. an year later, we came back to the same place, and i gave you a second nickel as a keepsake of our first anniversary. i want to give you a nickel every year after today to count the number of anniversaries we will have later on in the future. and i wish that even as my hair ages to white, the nickels will continue to have their everlasting value year after year.
